Screen Printing
Screen printing is a very cost-effective printing technique. This process is pushing ink through a mesh screen onto the garment to create the logo/image of your choice. There are various processes which include -
Water based inks - This process penetrates the fabric thus giving the garment a softer feel, it is best used for printing darker ink colours onto lighter fabric. Great for large areas.
Plastisol - This method is widely used and creates a great print onto darker fabrics. This printing method requires different screens for each colour, the more colours your logo has the more screens will need to be prepared.

Transfer Printing
Screen reprinting can be costly as the screens take time to set up, but transfer printing is a cheaper alternative and is useful for smaller quantities. Heat transfers can be created in your logo and applied to variety of items ranging from bags to hoodies, caps, tees, sweatshirts etc.
Transfers can be made in multiple spot colours and full colour images which are applied by heat using specialist presses.

Vinyl Printing
This process is a printed one colour vinyl material which a machine then cuts out the logo/design. It is applied by specialist heat presses that adhere the material to the garment and is effective for so many different jobs. This is ideal for one colour designs and is great for small quantities.
